Full-time preferred, will consider 2-3 days per week
Clean file- temp privs in two weeks
Ongoing
Travel included if needed
Bread and Butter, OB preferred, Cardiac is a bonus
Regional Block skill set preferred
Board Certified/Eligible
2 years experience
Current schedule is 6:45 am-3:15 pm. Other possible schedules are 7 am-5 pm or 3 pm-8 pm
Call available, not required
Requirements:

License - IL (required)

DEA

Life Certs- ACLS
