Job description

Location: Rockford, IL
Start Date: March
Schedule: 8’s, 10’s, 12’s, 24’s, 3-4 days/wk. No Call.
Work Details: Will only work following cases comfortable with: B+B, GYN, Spine, Ortho, Healthy Peds, light OB, possible Cardiac
Practice Setting: Hospital
Credentialing Timeframe: 90days

Travel and Lodging, along with Med Malp Insur covered.
