The facility is 2 hour's drive from Shreveport

multiple needs for MD/DO's with Cardiac capability
Cases are Gen Surg, B&B, ortho

Supervision for all cases, but cardiac

Willing to license

travel and lodging covered
malpractice supplied with claims made with the tail
