• Assignment Length: Targeting 6 months
• Credentialing: 60–90 days
• Reason: Open slot

Schedule & Call
• Shift options: 8, 10, or 12 hours
• Night call: 7p–7a
• Weekend beeper call: 7a–7a
• Call required

Cases & Practice Model
• Adult cases: ortho, urology, eyes, endo
• Pediatric cases: dental and eyes only
• Mix of own cases and CRNA supervision
• MD:CRNA ratio approx. 1:3–4
• Daily mix of own cases and supervision

Technology
• EMR: Epic

Compensation & Coverage
