📍 Position Details:
• Start Date: April 2026 or when available/credentialed
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia department
• Department Model: 1 MD:3 CRNA or 1 MD:4 CRNA | Support Staff: Anesthesia techs
Care Team Model: Yes, mainly supervisory but MDs can work their own cases if preferred.
• Coverage Type: Scheduled coverage (no call required)
• Schedule/Shift Details:
– Days: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
– Nights available (if interested)
– Availability Needed: Days, Nights, and Weekends
– Minimum Commitment: 1 to 2 weeks per month
– Ideal Commitment: Full-time (4 weeks per month)
• Patient Population: Adults and pediatric patients
• EMR: Cerner and AIMS

🩺 Clinical Details:
• Case Mix: General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI Endoscopy, Urology, GYN, Robotics, Neuro/Spine. Very little peds, but must be able to work on health 2y/o+.
• Not Required: No craniotomies or transplants. There is a dedicated team to trauma and cardiac. There may be potential for vascular.

📋 Requirements:
• Board Certification: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
• State License: Active North Carolina license preferred, open to IMLC
