Requirements: BC ANES, OH license or IMLC, DEA, BLS, ACLS
Pay: $350/hr + travel/lodging + malpractice insurance
Schedule: Mon-Fri...7:30a-5p
Call: yes, 1:3
Patient Load/Age: varies
Procedures: general Cardiac ANES cases
EMR: Cerner
COVID vax needed: yes
Credentialing timeframe: 30 – 45 days
