Case Mix: General, endoscopy, plastics, orthopedic, urology, light pediatrics
Support Staff: 3 MD's/ 4-6 CRNA's
Must be able to do own cases and supervise as needed
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 90 days
BC, OH license, ACLS, BLS, PALS and COVID vaccine required
