Location: Defiance, OH
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 7a-3:30p with call
Schedule: 7 on 7 off M-S - 16 hrs of OT - can do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or 1 on 1 off
Cases are general, ortho, OBGYN and healthy minimal peds. - can omit certain cases
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
T&L covered as well as med mal insur
