Specialty: Physician – Cardiac Anesthesiology

Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details/Schedule: Two cardiovascular rooms, one daily for CV and thoracic, the other running TAVRS on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Schedule: October 2-6, 16-20, 23-27, 30, 31; November 6-10, 13-17, 20-24, 27-30; December 4-8, 11-15-, 18-22, 25-29; January 1 – March 31
Work Details:
· Department description: Two cardiovascular rooms, one daily for CV and thoracic, the other running TAVRS on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cardiologists run the TEE during procedures. Prefer providers who want to mix in General. If CV volume is low on any given day – General must not be refused. Ideally would like to have 3 providers rotating through so the call is 1:3, and it’s 70% Cardiac/30% General if possible.

· Hospital bed size: 419
· Skills required: CABG, Aortic valve replacement, Mitral valve replacement, Mitral valve repair, structural heart - Watchman, TAVR, mitral clip, ASD closure, lead extraction.

Bill rate
$450-500 per hour
Requirements:
· License required: OH
· Minimum experience preferred: applicant needs recent cardiac experience. No TEE certification or fellowship training needed.
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days – temps may be allowed.
