Start Date: June 1

Contract Length: 3 months ongoing

Shift Details: Mon-Fri 730-330 (8 hour guarantee) No weekends, no call, no holidays

EMR: Paper Charting
Special Procedures: Cases in Orthopedic Surgery, Spine, Gynecology, ENT, Peds, Podiatry, Plastics (hand). Because of the ortho the physician will need to be comfortable doing blocks.

Practice Setting:
Ambulatory Surgery Center

Travel Logistics:
Specific travel client will pay for: Locals only

Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes
License Required: Active OH license
