**$10K Completion Bonus (13 weeks/520hrs)
• Shifts: 8's, 10's, 14's (5p-7a) overnight call.
• Supervision: 1:2 - 1:4; Both own cases and supervision.
• OT Available.
• Cases: cardiac (minimally invasive), thoracic, ortho, gen, neuro, transplant (kidney) ,ENT, head and neck, pediatric (multiple subspecialists), vascular (major and minimally invasive), OB (3800-4000 deliveries per year), Gyn.
• Call: In House Call.
• Rooms: 12 ORs, 2 Endo, OB, 2 EP Rooms, 2 Hybrid rooms, 1 Cath Lab room, 1 NICU OR, 1 Neuro IR.
• Charting: EPIC.
• Credentialing: 60 - 90 days; possible temps for go live.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
