Locum Tenens - General Anesthesia just over 1 hour from Philadelphia

Job description

Assignment: March 2024 - Ongoing

General Anesthesia (No hearts)

Shifts: 5 x 8s or 4 x 10s, available

All days needed Mon-Sun

No call 

Physicians will be managing their own cases (Not supervision)

Support staff: LPN, Nursing Staff, administrative, Anesthesia techs, 3 NPs

Age of patients -  1 year of age upwards

Physician must be Board Certified 

Physician must have clean background and NPDB

Hospital covers the cost of travel, lodging and malpractice insurance

700+ bed hospital

24 OR's

EMR: Epic 

Level 1 Trauma Center

Pain management techniques
Post-op epidural
Post-op extremity blocks
Epidural steroid for Lumbar
Epidural steroid for Cervical
Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
Central Line placement
PA Catheter placement
