Location: Richmond VA
Start Date: June starts or later
Schedule: M-F 8s, 10s, and 12s - can request all 10s for 5 10s schedule
Case mix: General, Ped, Vascular, Ortho, OB, Neuro, Endo, Dental
Practice Setting:
• Academic/Training
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Hospital
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
