Cases include Surgery, urology, ENT, orthopedics including a large total joint volume, GYN, plastics, oncology (breast, GYN and colorectal), neurosurgery including craniotomy -and OB (must have had OB experience in last 5 years). Credentialing takes 60-90 days.
