Key Responsibilities:
Respond to anesthesia-related calls, providing prompt and effective care to patients in need.
Administer anesthetic agents and manage patient airways during surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to develop tailored anesthesia plans based on individual patient needs.
Monitor patients' vital signs and make necessary adjustments to anesthesia levels throughout procedures.
Document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately within the MediTech EMR system.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
Valid medical license to practice in the state of West Virginia.
Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
Proven experience in providing anesthesia services in an inpatient setting.
Familiarity with the use of the MediTech EMR system for accurate and efficient documentation.
