CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified
• Board Eligible
• ACLS
• ATLS
• BLS
• PALS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
• Wisconsin

Description/Other Details: Variable scheduling each day with hours between 7a-5p. Medical direction practice. MDAs have a first call, and CRNAs called in as needed. Procedures: MAC, General Anesthesia, Emergent and Elective, Intubations, IV placement, A-Line placement, Manage airway in codes. Equipment: Draeger Apollo Anesthesia Machines. Omnicell Medication Dispensing
