Location: Arcata, CA Facility: Clinic Opportunity: Full time Family Nurse Practitioner opening starting October 23, 2023 and ongoing *No call *Outpatient *Includes some Chronic Pain Management *Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum to see 18 PPD *Monday-Friday 8-5 *Mix of peds/adults Other details: Chart closure within 72 hours A decision is typically made within 7-14 days APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II Active DEA needed before start Credentialing takes 30-60 days (six weeks is standard for Locums who submit app./documents timely) The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), Covid-19 Vaccine Series and 1 Booster not required. HCO & Vendor agree to a 30 day notice for ending all assignments. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with malpractice included. Travel and lodging will be provided.
