Location: Flagstaff AZ
Start Date: 4/8/23 – 10/8/23
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details:
• Monday – Friday, 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch
No weeknight or weekend call
Work Details:
• Patient Population/Age: 60+
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification Required
• WILL LICENSE WITH IMLC
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
