About the clinician's workday

The cardiologist will provide comprehensive inpatient cardiovascular care with 10 hours in-house coverage plus night call responsibilities. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient rounds and managing general cardiology consultations for hospitalized patients requiring specialized cardiovascular care. The position requires board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases and prescriptive authority for effective patient management. The clinician will collaborate with medical staff to deliver specialized cardiovascular services in the Level II facility setting during assigned coverage periods.
