Job description
An innovative clinical research organization is seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist for a fully remote ECG interpretation opportunity supporting regulated clinical trials. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling, no call responsibilities, and the ability to work remotely while contributing to cutting-edge research and patient safety initiatives.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday availability needed
Approximately 10–20 hours per week
Flexible daily scheduling based on study volume
Predictable turnaround expectations for ECG interpretations
Clinical Responsibilities:
Centralized ECG review and interpretation for clinical trials
Evaluate:
Heart rate
PR interval
QRS duration
QT/QTc measurements
Identify and document:
Arrhythmias
Conduction abnormalities
QT prolongation
Ischemic changes
Escalate clinically significant findings per study protocol
Maintain standardized interpretation methodology and regulatory compliance
Practice Environment:
Remote clinical trial support role
Focus on research quality, consistency, and patient safety
Collaborative research and regulatory environment
Exposure to advanced cardiac safety monitoring processes
Preferred Experience:
Ideal candidates will have familiarity with:
Clinical trial workflows
Centralized ECG interpretation
Electronic ECG systems
ICH E6 (GCP) and ICH E14 guidelines
FDA and EMA cardiac safety expectations
Audit and regulatory compliance standards
Requirements:
Board Certified in Cardiology
Active unrestricted medical license
Minimum 1 year of experience
Strong attention to detail and comfort working independently in a remote environment
