Location: Marquette, Michigan Facility: Hospital and regional medical center located in Marquette, serving the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Level II trauma center and a teaching hospital, affiliated with the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine Opportunity: Cardiovascular Surgeon needed for ongoing coverage * June 26, 2023 - Ongoing * 20 bed department * 6-10 patients per day * 2 weeks per month (Monday - Monday, inclusive of weekend call) * June 26- July 20th * July 31st – August 14th * September 4th – September 18th * October 2nd -October 16th * November 6th – 27th (potentially 3 weeks needed * APP takes the first call * Procedures needed: CABGE, valves, vascular would be a huge plus thoracic would be a bonus. Hospital service/rounding ambulatory clinic around hospital service. * Active MI license required Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid travel and lodging available.
