Shift Details: 8hr shift, 1:6 Call
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Work Details:
- Patients per day: 14-16
- Patient population/age: Adults, 18+
- Department description: 247 bed facility
- Duties: Rounding and Admission, Cardioversions, TEE's
- Required Clinical Activity: Case Logs, must provide documentation of provision of cardiovascular disease services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months.
- EMR: EPIC
- Additional comments: The primary focus will be hospital based support

Requirements:
- Board Certification: required
- State license: WA in hand for expedited credentialing
- DEA: WA address
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA)

• Scheduled Shifts + On Call required
• March/April Start
