Adolescent psychiatrist/NP, Concord MA

Job description

The psychiatrist/nurse practitioner works collaboratively with the Medical Director to provide client assessment and diagnosis, formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, interpret test results, provide client education, and prepare medical records for Substance Use and mental health outpatient treatment services. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of the Medical Director and the Executive Director. Services offered include day treatment (PHP) and Intensive outpatient (IOP) services during daytime hours. Agger range of the population served is 13-25.
