Locums PMHNP Needed for C/A Coverage in Indiana- ASAP start!

South of Indianapolis, Indiana:
4 days a week (8-4) (open to PT to ensure continuation of care)
o Onsite coverage preferred, open to tele/hybrid
• PMHNP (prefer min. 1 year of experience, need a collaborator)
• Ongoing commitment
• Ages seen 6+ // 85% of Patient Population is 16+
• IDD cases
• 30-45 min intake/ 20 min follow-ups (scheduler + provider partner together on more time for under 18)
• 16-18 PPD
• Covid Vaccination Required (Waiver accepted)

• Very Flexible- Part-time or Fulltime
• IDD Cases
• Ages seen 6+, 98% of patients aged 16+
