Job description

• ASAP Start - 6 Month Contract
• Intensive Residential Treatment Program - Secured facility
o Step down from critical care
• 30 hours per week
o 20 hours per week patient care and collaborate with support staff w/ nursing team
o 10 hours per week collaboration type meetings with organization
• ** COMBINED WITH OPEN PSYCHIAITRST ROLE, CLIENT HAS 60 HOURS TO FILL BETWEEN THEM. GET WITH REECE ABOUT HOURS**
• 2 - 15 bed long term units
o 1 month to 1 year stays are normal
• Ages 13-18
• Census between 10-20
• AVG 5-6 patients per day
• Heavy collaboration role
