- Schedule: Full Time - Monday - Friday 8-430
- Patient population: Child and Adolescent only
- Setting: Inpatient Coverage
- Caseload: up to 15 Patients

Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified
- Must Possess Valid NY License
- Must have Valid NPI
- Must have Valid DEA
- Must have Medicare and NY Medicaid

Covered:
- Malpractice Insurance
- Travel/lodging
