Job description

Implement positive, applied behavior analytic interventions (e.g., DTT, NET, positive reinforcement, shaping, prompting and modeling, token economies, etc.) in accordance with the client’s individualized treatment plan
Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) by identifying target skill areas and providing recommendations for program modifications
Create daily agendas with clients and identify relevant activities to support skill acquisition (i.e., play, reading books, social stories, modeling, DTT, etc.)
Collect accurate data and complete comprehensive session notes daily, including all conversations with parents
Develop and maintain a supportive relationship with clients and their families
Communicate with parents in a timely fashion regarding last-minute schedule changes and general questions about therapy plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, SLPs, OTs, and PTs to ensure comprehensive care
Advocate for client’s best interest
Attend weekly one-on-one supervision meetings to review appropriateness of goals and therapy plans
Manage schedule and be reliable for clients. We cannot provide substitutes at this time.
