Job description

- FT Monday - Friday 40 hours (will accept PT 24-30 hours)
- OP - Adults
- 16 y/o thru Geri
- Onsite (will accept a hybrid schedule, but will have to go onsite)
- 10-12 Patients per day
- 20-30 min med management
- m45-60 mins new evaluations
- General PSY cases
- Attend month meetings
- EMR: Epic
- BC or Truly BE
- Need Medicare/Medicaid
