Job description

Position Overview

This is a full-time outpatient position serving an adult forensic and SMI population across multiple treatment settings on a large campus.

Schedule

Full-time: 40 hours per week

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Population & Setting

Adults only

Outpatient services

Provider works across a variety of settings, including:

ICP (day treatment–style program)

Resident Crisis Treatment Program (RCTP)

Residential Rehabilitation Unit (RRU)

Special Housing Unit (SHU)

Serves individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI)

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical evaluations, including:

Two-Physician Certificates (2PC)

Competency evaluations

Other court-related assessments as required

Manage Court Ordered Psychiatric Medications (COPM)

Function independently and complete tasks typically supported by ancillary staff

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Large campus environment

Significant walking required

Regular use of stairs, both indoors and outdoors

Qualifications

One year of forensic experience preferred

Strong ability to work independently

Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word
