Job description

-Th, F, Sat 8-5 every OTHER week

-ages 12+

-3 month commitment wanted

-15-20 patients per day

-NP, medical assistants on staff, as well as 2 Neurologists

-Handwritten notes

-provider will be reading EMG, ENG, TCD(Transcranial Doppler) tests, carotid ultrasound. Tech will perform the tests

-provider does NOT have to be vaccinated

-BC

-paneled in BCBS, United Healthcare, TriCare a plus

-Medicaid/Medicare # ARE needed

-will consider T&L
