Job description

-Needing FT BE/BC cognitive neurologist
-Working in Hartford Healthcare Ayer Neuroscience unit
-WILL consider general neurologist with experience treating cognitive and memory disorders
-OP Setting
-Adults only
-avg 6 patients per day
-5-7 Consults per day
-100% OP visits, new patient consults, and follow ups
-Support staff: 1 APP, 2 neuropsychologist, 1 social worker and other support.
-in person only
-EMR: Epic
-M-F 8a-5p no call no weekends
