Job Title: Therapist

Your expertise in various therapeutic modalities will empower clients to achieve personal growth and resilience.

What you’ll do

Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress or emergencies.
Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster community support and shared experiences among participants.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients with diverse needs.
Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices and contribute to the field of mental health.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive patient information.
Basic qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Valid state licensure as a therapist or counselor.
