Requirements: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience facilitating therapy groups for residential or intensive outpatient programs, including process groups, psychoeducation, skills based, etc.


The Postpartum Den – Nashville, TN

The Postpartum Den is seeking a licensed, experienced clinician to lead our maternal mental health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as Program Director. This is a leadership position offering high autonomy, clinical influence, and the opportunity to shape a program that fills a critical gap in care for new and expecting mothers.

What You’ll Do:

Lead all aspects of clinical programming for our perinatal IOP.
Develop curriculum and programming.
Conduct assessments, run groups and provide therapeutic support to clients navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma, and related diagnoses.
Build and supervise a small team of trusted clinicians (LCSWs, LPC-MHSPs, LMFTs
Maintain program quality, clinical standards, compliance requirements and alignment with evidence-based care standards.
Facilitate processes for clinical documentation and technology – CRM needs.
Collaborate directly with founder and operations team

Requirements:

A licensed LCSW (preferred), LPC-MHSP, or LMFT in Tennessee
Licensed in ,multiple states a plus
Experienced in group therapy, with a strong foundation or interest in treating perinatal or adult mood and anxiety disorders
