QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a similar field.
• Unrestricted, current license in the State of California - e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist.

**Must maintain all licensures, certifications, continuing educational requirements, etc.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Licensed Mental Health Professional is responsible for providing standardized counseling for mental and emotional disorders, health issues, behavioral issues, and a wide range of relationship dynamics within the context of individuals, couples, marriage, and family systems. The Licensed Mental Health Professional will work to address other social needs of clients and will utilize area referral sources for needed specialty care, hospitalization, or advance psychiatric assessments and treatments.

• Provide counseling to scheduled patients utilizing professional counseling standards.
• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
