Hybrid, Clinical Therapist

Job description

We are seeking independent contractors to join our team! Contractors are able to make their own schedule and determine their own caseload size and locations. We will provide you with the patients, the office, and billing staff. At Family Pride we provide in-home, school, office, and community, and telehealth based counseling and case management services to clients in Geauga, Lake, and Ashtabula counties.

Job Details Include:

Orienting client and family members to Family Pride services, including rights, consents, confidentiality, rules for participation, and contact information.

Conducting a comprehensive diagnostic assessment with client and family members to identify client’s mental health and/or SUD needs and overall strengths.

Developing and implementing evidenced-based treatment interventions that comply with current best practice standards.

Developing a specific treatment plan or strategy that reflects the therapeutic intervention that addresses the needs of clients served.

Evaluating client and treatment progress for improvement of strategies and techniques.

Operating under Family Pride rules and regulations and providing all Services, including completing all required documentation, in a timely manner.

Collaborating with community representatives and/or family members on behalf of client’s needs.

Utilizing supervision to maintain a well-balanced caseload and to develop performance-improvement strategies.

Maintaining independent clinical licensure by attending ongoing continuing education as well as adhering to the professional Code of Ethics that is regulated by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
