Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking dynamic, fully licensed LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs who are passionate about clinical excellence, ongoing learning, and collaborative care. The ideal candidate will:
Be fully licensed in the state of Texas.
Have experience working with clients ages three and up, including couples and families.
Be proficient in treating a range of clinical issues including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance use, and psychosis.
Be bilingual (preferred), self-motivated, independent, and team oriented.
Have prior experience in private practice and ideally bring an existing caseload.
Be open to networking and community outreach to build and expand their caseload.
Be timely with documentation, responsive to feedback, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
Have availability for afternoon, evening (12–8 PM), and/or weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients to set and achieve treatment goals.
Provide prevention-focused, evidence-based therapy.
Implement and review treatment plans.
Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other treatment providers and referral sources.
Attend staff meetings and participate in group practice culture.
Contribute positively to a supportive, engaged clinical team environment.
Qualifications:
Fully licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Texas.
Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
Strong clinical background in working with individuals, couples, and families.
Familiarity with community mental health resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and provide compassionate care.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
