Job Title: Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Monroe, LA and Surrounding Areas
Department: Clinical Services
Reports To: Clinical Director

Position Summary:
The Marriage and Family Therapist will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them build healthier relationships and navigate life’s challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about community-based care, experienced in systemic therapy, and dedicated to helping clients grow in safe, supportive spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
Document all services in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members
Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and professional development
Provide culturally competent and trauma-informed care
Support telehealth services as needed
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Active LMFT license in the state of Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong understanding of family systems and community mental health
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with EHRs and Medicaid documentation preferred
