- Needing FT BE/BC cognitive neurologist
- Working in Hartford Healthcare Ayer Neuroscience unit
- WILL consider general neurologist with experience treating cognitive and memory disorders
- OP Setting
- Adults only
- avg 6 patients per day
- 5-7 Consults per day
- 100% OP visits, new patient consults, and follow ups
- Support staff: 1 APP, 2 neuropsychologist, 1 social worker and other support.
- in person only
- EMR: Epic
- M-F 8a-5p no call no weekends
