What You Need:
Education:

MSW, PsyD, or PhD in a behavioral health field, or

MA/MS from an accredited COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE program

Licensure (must reside and be licensed in NM):

LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, or LCSW

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in behavioral health or social services

Technical & Location Requirements:

Live in New Mexico

Stable wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi only setups)

Secure, lockable private workspace

What You’ll Do:

Provide crisis support by phone to individuals in emotional distress

Build rapport, assess risk, and develop safety plans

Offer resources, referrals, and therapeutic interventions

Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in real time

Work from a secure, private home workspace

Navigate multiple systems while multitasking under pressure


Training Commitment:

Attend a full-time, paid six-week virtual training (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST)

Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of training


Work Schedule:

24/7/365 operation – flexibility including weekends and holidays required

Schedule determined post-training with our Scheduling Department
