Full time Family Med LOCUM MD/DO needed in Chicago

Job Description:

• Two FT FM MD needs
• Will be floating between two sites
• Preference is 5 Days a week - open to 4 days a week - If bilingual open to 3 days a week if consistent
• 32-40 hrs per week + Saturdays- every 4th Saturday- if working on Saturday that week, one day will be a half day during the week
• 8-5 then 8-1 on Saturdays
• Must be completing charts in a timely manner
• Athena EMR
• No call
• 20-22 PPD
• 50% adults 50% kids
• Must be able to see newborns and geriatrics - truly all ages (0-99)
• Spanish preferred not required- if Bilingual will look at 3 days a week
• 45-60 days for credentialing - can be quicker
• 2 interviews - one with Latasha- one with CMO - = as long as provider fits the criteria they are looking for - they can do one interview w CMO
• DEA, BLS - Required
• BC or BE - must be truly BE
• Will have MAs and FD as support staff

• Floating between 2 sites in Chicago
• 20 to 22 patients per day
• Mid September start
