Osgood Mental Health Counseling is currently seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial therapist to join our private-pay hybrid practice as a 1099 Contractor. Osgood Mental Health Counseling is a provider of comprehensive mental health services for individuals, couples, and families. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high quality and personalized mental health counseling using evidence-based techniques with an integrative approach.
- Facilitate biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.
- Complete progress notes and occasional FMLA or ESA documentation.

Requirements:

- Active LMHC or LMFT licensure.
- An active NPI number, liability insurance, and a Psychology Today profile.
- A HIPAA-compliant home office, reliable internet, and a Google Voice number.
- High standard of professionalism, punctuality, decorum towards clients and team members.
