Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about making a difference, and we are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in FEBRUARY of 2026. SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY! Must be an independent LICENSED CLINICAL THERAPIST that requires no SUPERVISION.
Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate, hard-working, reliable and licensed Clinical Therapist to provide therapeutic services remotely to our diverse client population. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mental health.
Responsibilities:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for patients interested in therapy and provide psychotherapy for patients who have the following conditions: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, Adjustment Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Grief, etc.
Able to use the following treatment modalities in providing therapy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Solution Focused Therapy
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Stay current with best practices in the field of clinical therapy through ongoing professional development.
Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with professional codes of conduct.
Must be highly motivated, fast learner, patient centered and a reliable employee
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar) in [New Jersey and/or New York
Able to see patients aged 12 to 65
Able to see 5 to 15 patients each week initially during evening hours and/or a weekend, as the patient caseload builds up in the practice, therapist has the opportunity to see more patients. Therapist will start with about 5 patients per week until caseload grows.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and a genuine commitment to client well-being.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Knowledge of and adherence to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
Benefits:
$70 per patient per clinical hour
