Where: Outside of San Antonio, Texas
We are seeking a compassionate, mission-oriented licensed psychologist to provide essential mental health services at an immigration processing center serving adult men and women. This is a meaningful opportunity to support a vulnerable population within a structured, multidisciplinary environment.
Position Highlights:
-- Core Responsibilities: Conduct initial mental health assessments, perform suicide risk evaluations, and contribute to a collaborative care approach
-- Patient Population: Adult male and female individuals in a short-term residential setting (average stay: ~3 months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with optional weekend shifts available if desired
Environment: Supportive team, clear protocols, and a professional setting focused on stabilization and care continuity
Requirements:
-- Fully licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
-- Must obtain full ICE clearance (process can take 3+ months)
-- Prior experience in correctional, forensic, or high-security settings is a plus
-- Active Texas license
