DESCRIPTION:

• The current need is 12/24/23 - 1/1/24 but since they can't onboard someone on a weekend, they are hoping to have a provider start on 12/22/23 7am or 12/18/23 7am.

• 12/23-12/31

REQUIRED:
• IN state license; active, unrestricted
• BC, BLS/ACLS, DEA

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
• Extended leave will not be permitted during this assignment. Shorter leaves (e.g., one week or less) may be considered.
