Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide short-term coverage at an ICU in Northern California. This position offers a focused clinical schedule and an opportunity to work within a Critical Care team.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: November 2025 or later
• Contract Length: Short-term (4 total workdays)
• Schedule: One day of orientation and three scheduled 12-hour shifts (travel days not included)
• Scheduling Notice: Final dates provided with a 10-day notice
• Floating may be required (transportation coordinated by Aya)

Work Details
• Managing ICU patients
• Central lines not necessary
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• License: Active California NP license required
• Board Certification: Yes
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, & PALS (must be AHA)
• Minimum Experience: Critical care experience required
• Travel and lodging are fully coordinated
