Cardiac Critical Care Locum Opportunity in Baltimore, Maryland!
Job description
- Cardiac Critical Care NP or PA
- 3-4x12s per week, either 7a-7p, or 7p-7a
- Ages: adolescent - geriatrics
- Daily Census: Cardiac Surgery: 1-3, Heart Attack 5
- Required: arterial catheter insertion and central line insertion.
- Must be familiar w/ post-op cardiac surgery patient and ventilator management. Must have Cardiac Surgery ICU experience. Fresh post op, No Heart transplant patients. Do not need Vein harvesting exp. No OR time. MICU manages all medicine patient, SICU manages all surgical patients minus cardiac surgery, Neuro ICU patients are typically medical but there seems to be some changing in scope with that team to taking some from SICU.
- EMR: Cerner
- Must have 3 year experience - CICU
- ACLS and BLS - required
- MUST HAVE Maryland License
- MUST be driving distance only, client will not pay for lodging/rental car/flight
- **Will license if can be obtained w/in 6 weeks.
- Ages: adolescent - geriatrics
- Required skill: arterial catheter insertion and central line insertion.
