Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support Cardiac ICU and Step-down care in Brooklyn, NY.

🕒 Schedule:

6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Monthly rotation:

3 weeks with 3×12-hour shifts
1 week with 4×12-hour shifts

🏥 Practice Setting: Cardiac ICU & Step-down
🩺 Procedures & Cases:

Chest Tube
ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation)
LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device)


💻 EMR: SCM
🗂️ Credentialing Timeline: 30–90 days
🧾 Required Licensure & Certifications:

Board Certified NP/PA
Active New York License
DEA License
BLS & ACLS
