Schedule: Nights – 12-hour shifts
Specialty: Cardiothoracic Surgery, inpatient only (no first assist needed, post-op patients only)

Position Highlights
• Manage complex cardiothoracic and surgical ICU patients overnight
• Perform comprehensive histories, physical exams, and daily progress documentation
• Serve as first responder to patient status changes and urgent interventions
• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing
• Collaborate closely with attending surgeons, residents, and the broader critical care team
• Participate in rounding, handoffs, and care coordination for continuity across services
