Position Details: Med surg ICU - 28 beds/ CVICU - 14 beds; We will only consider a fully licensed provider in the state of VA with an active DEA as we do not have time to wait for licensure to be transferred for credentialing purposes

Must be able to perform procedures listed: a-lines, intubations, central lines, vent management

Daily patient volume: 20

Support Staff: AM: 12 MD + 2x12 APP; PM 12 MD+12 APP; residents also rotate with this program; 36 beds

• Providers presented must be able to work dates listed in October and send along with present their availability through end of year
• Looking to add 1-2 providers that can start as soon as credentialed in October and be available throughout Q4.
• Must be willing to do Days or Nights and be available for dates listed below.
