Lic: Need active WA state license

Certs: ACNP, ATLS, ACLS, BLS, DEA
Other info: 7on/off need for nights until perm found/hired. ICU physician on backup. 6-8 patients per night on busy nights. Intubations, CLines, Alines needed with case logs
